2011 July 15: In Maiduguri, some persons suspected to be from the Boko Haram sect threw a bomb at a police patrol car and wounded seven civilians. Colonel Victor Ebhaleme said a bomb was planted and a police van drove over it, the bomb exploded and injured eight policemen.
